About Sister Daniela:
Originally from Sugar Land, TX, Sister Daniela joined the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia (Nashville, TN) in 2012. Prior to entering the convent, she received a B.A. in secondary education and Theology from Benedictine College.
After entering her community, she received her Master of Arts in Teaching K-5 from Aquinas College. She taught 5th grade in Murfreesboro, TN prior to beginning her mission at Star of the Sea in 2017. She taught 5th grade during her first four years at Star of the Sea. In 2021, she began teaching 2nd grade and is thrilled to prepare the students for the Sacraments and to begin teaching with a Catholic Liberal Arts curriculum. Our Lady Star of the Sea, pray for us!

- Math – We have a brand new math curriculum, “Go Math.” Students each will have their own login and password. It will be accessed at http://thinkcentral.com Choose Archdiocese of Seattle, Our Lady Star of the Sea School, and then click “remember my school” so you don’t have to do this each time. There are many resources on this site, including the entire math book in an electronic version. If your child forgets to bring homework home, they can login, do the assignment online and print it!
- Keyboarding - Students may practice keyboarding at this site.
