Dear Star Parents and Families,
Good afternoon! I hope this email finds you well. Hopefully, you have had the chance to view the videos and participate in the fun activities the school office is sending out via email and Facebook. The pictures and storytelling have been fun and gives us a way to reach out to say “we may be apart, but we’re still here for you!” We really miss being in the classrooms with our students.
Last night Governor Inslee announced that the “Stay home, Stay safe” order has been extended until May 4th. This order includes schools. Therefore, we will not be back in the building until at least the 4th of May. Please realize that we are receiving these updates at the same time as you are. We are trying to communicate new information as soon as possible.
As we work our way toward the end of the year, our thoughts in the office shift to the next school year. If you have not yet finished your registration for the 2020-2021 school year, please take a few moments to do so. If you need help, please leave us a message either by phone or email (we check them both daily) and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
We are grateful for your patience and understanding while we work to help you give your child the best Catholic education available. Keep the emails and text messages coming! We really do enjoy hearing from you and value your suggestions. I invite you to email the school with questions you would like addressed during my weekly video announcements, or in my weekly newsletter.
Also, be sure to check the school’s Facebook and Instagram pages...more fun activities are coming! Duplicate messages will also be emailed to those of you who do not use social media.
Stay safe and God bless!
Kevin Kealy, Principal
