Physical Education
All classes participate in physical education class twice each week in our gym or outside, weather permitting.
Music
Students in K-3 have vocal music. Students in grade 4 learn how to play the recorder. Fifth graders have the option of choir or beginning band, twice a week. Sixth, seventh, and eighth graders have the option of intermediate choir or intermediate band.
Technology
Students in grades 2-8 receive instruction in our updated lab. Minutes in the lab vary according to grade level requirements.
Additional School Programs
Art
Our art docents present programs on the masterpieces to students in grades K-5. We emphasize art appreciation as well as hands-on exercise in a variety of styles. Each month’s lesson is tied to a virtue appropriate to the subject matter — focusing on a particular artist, a notable work by that artist, and a project designed to match.All teachers integrate art into the other subject areas.
Library
